Youth Programs

LiftUp Learners
LiftUp Learners provides targeted academic support, mentoring, and life skills development. This program is designed to meet students where they are and help them reach their full potential through personalized guidance and encouragement.
FutureReady Pathways
FutureReady Pathways prepares students for life after high school by focusing on college readiness, career exploration, and independent living skills. From application support to job readiness training, we help students confidently take their next steps.
Adult Empowerment Programs
We offer programs for adults with disabilities focused on life skills, job readiness, and personal development. These services promote independence, confidence, and meaningful community engagement.
