Program Overview

The Transition Lab is a hands-on, real-world readiness program designed to support individuals with disabilities as they navigate life beyond high school. This program is open to participants ages 17 and older with an IEP or 504 Plan, including those currently in school, recently graduated, or individuals who may have stepped away from school and are still seeking direction.

Through hands-on learning, individualized guidance, and real-life experiences, participants build essential skills in career readiness, life management, self-advocacy, and decision-making. The program focuses on helping each individual create a clear, realistic plan for their future while gaining the confidence to take action.

Why โ€œThe Transition Labโ€?
